Ms. Sarah Aslam is currently serving Government of the Punjab as Secretary I&C, S&GAD. She did her Masters in Public Policy with specialization in Development Policy from The Australian University, Canberra. She also completed her Masters in International Relations from Quaid – e – Azam University, Islamabad.
Previously, she has served as Deputy Secretary (Cabinet), S&GAD, Government of the Punjab; Additional Secretary (Admin) Health Department, Government of the Punjab; Additional Secretary (Admin) Irrigation Department, Government of the Punjab; Additional Secretary Governor’s Secretariat Punjab; Additional Secretary (Development) LG&CD Department, Government of the Punjab and Special Secretary LG&CD Department, Government of the Punjab.
She was the focal person to lead the Local Government Transition team during Local Government Elections & Enforcement of PLGA, 2013.
