Mr. Tanveer Aslam Malik is a businessman who returned to Punjab Assembly for the third consecutive term in the general elections of 2013 from the constituency of District Chakwal (PP-21), and is currently serving as Minister for Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering with an additional charge of the portfolio of Minister for Communication & Works Department.
Mr. Malik obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992 from University of Karachi and the degree of MBA (Marketing) in 1995 from South Eastern University, Washington DC, USA.
He has previously been elected as Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for two tenures during 2002-2007 and 2008-2013. He has also served as Parliamentary Secretary for Services & General Administration Department for the period 2003-2005.
