Designing, Execution and Supervision of New Building of Punjab Land Records Authority

About the Project

Keeping in view the seating capacity at the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) head office and future employment needs, PLRA has acquired some privately owned land, adjacent to the PLRA head office for establishment of a modern and centralized Service Center/Kiosk and to extend the head office. The facility will facilitate the general public by providing the services of fard issuance for all over the province and will also extend the current office to cater for future expansion including employment needs and vehicle parking requirements.

The areas to be designed, executed and supervised by IDAP include an executive floor for the Chairman, Director General, Additional Director General, Directors and Additional Directors; seating capacity for 250-300 employees; a training lab facility for 100-150 persons; a lecture room facility for 100-150 persons; a recreational area (gym, café, sports facilities); a store/record rooms; a central kiosk center for land related issues and parking arrangements of 100-150 vehicles in the basement.
